After finishing all steps for install Norman Security Suite, you have to restart your PC/Lap. Choose “Install and Update” tag then choose “License wizard” tag,

You can see this screen:

Click "Next" and choose “I have already purchased/renewed the licenses” as picture below:

 Click "Finish" then you can see the activation steps are completed as this screen:
